Third Coast Funding is the premiere source of real estate investor funding for the acquisition and rehabilitation of residential single and multi family properties. We are an asset based lender who assists buyers in acquiring residential real estate investment property in the Greater Houston Metroplex. Because we can fund most of the borrower's acquisition costs and repair costs, we are a great alternative to conventional financing which may not fund houses that need repair, may move too slowly to capture real estate investment opportunities when they become available, and/or may not lend money for needed repairs.
