West Bengal is administered through a parliamentary arrangement of agent majority rules system, a component the state imparts to other Indian states. Widespread suffrage is allowed to inhabitants. There are two branches of government. The governing body, the West Bengal Legislative Assembly, comprises of chose individuals and extraordinary office bearers, for example, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker, who are chosen by the individuals.
